FALUDA MIX - STRAWBERRY FLAVOUR is a ready mix for making mouth-watering faluda and jelly crystals.
RECIPE :FALUDA MIX
Crust ’n’ Crumb Faluda Mix - 100 g
Water -65 ml
Milk -350ml
METHOD OF PREPARATION - FALUDA MIX
1. Boil the milk and water in another bowl. Add the Crust ’n’ Crumb Faluda mix in to the boiling milk and allow it to boil.
2. Keep it for 10 – 15 minutes on slow flame by stirring continuously until the vermicelli in the mix is partially cooked.
3. Remove it from heat, allow to cool and keep in the refrigerator.
4. Cut the prepared jelly in to small cubes.
5. Take out the chilled faluda and stir well, mix the jelly cubes before serving.
METHOD OF PREPARATION - JELLY CRYSTALS
1. Mix the Crust ’n’ Crumb jelly crystals (Small packet) in 85 ml of boiling water, allow to cool and refrigerate
TIPS: Add a scoop full of Crust ’n’ Crumb Strawberry ice cream makes the faluda more tasty and scrumptious.
STORAGE
Store in a cool and dry place in hygienic conditions away from moisture and direct sunlight.
SHELF LIFE
Best before 12 Months from the production date under suggested storage condition. Close the
bag properly airtight once opened.
