Red Velvet Cake Mix is a premix for the preparation of egg based Red Velvet sponge cakes at home. It contains no added synthetic colors.
APPLICATION RECIPE – Red Velvet Cake Mix
Crust n Crumb Red Velvet Cake Mix : 1 Pack
Egg : 3 nos
Water : 50 mL (3.5 Tablespoon)
Vegetable oil : 25 mL (1.5 Tablespoon)
METHOD OF PREPARATION - Red Velvet Cake Mix
1. Preheat oven to 160 °C.
2. Mix Red Velvet Cake Mix, Egg, Vegetable Oil & Water in a bowl until well blended with a spoon or hand mixer.
3. Pour batter to the half portion of an oiled or greased pan.
4. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
5. Remove cake from the pan. Allow the cake to cool.
