Black Forest Cake Mix is a premix for the preparation of egg based Black Forest sponge cakes at home.
APPLICATION RECIPE – Black Forest Cake Mix
Crust n Crumb Black Forest Cake Mix : 1 Pack
Egg : 3 nos
Water : 50 mL (3.5 Tablespoon)
Vegetable oil : 12.5 g (2 Teaspoon)
METHOD OF PREPARATION - Black Forest Cake Mix
1. Preheat oven to 160 °C.
2. Mix Black Forest Cake Mix, Egg, Vegetable Oil & Water in a bowl until well blended with a spoon or hand mixer.
3. Pour batter to the half portion of a oiled or greased pan.
4. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
5. Remove cake from the pan. Allow the cake to cool.
