Black Forest Cake Mix is a premix for the preparation of egg based Black Forest sponge cakes at home.
APPLICATION RECIPE – Black Forest Cake Mix
Crust n Crumb Black Forest Cake Mix : 1 Pack
Egg : 3 nos
Water : 50 mL (3.5 Tablespoon)
Vegetable oil : 12.5 g (2 Teaspoon)
METHOD OF PREPARATION - Black Forest Cake Mix
1. Preheat oven to 160 °C.
2. Mix Black Forest Cake Mix, Egg, Vegetable Oil & Water in a bowl until well blended with a spoon or hand mixer.
3. Pour batter to the half portion of a oiled or greased pan.
4. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
5. Remove cake from the pan. Allow the cake to cool.
White Forest Cake Mix is a premix for preparing egg based vanilla flavored cakes at home.
APPLICATION RECIPE – Vanilla Cake Mix
Crust n Crumb White Forest Cake Mix : 1 Pack
Egg : 2 nos
Water : 90 mL (6 Tablespoon)
Vegetable oil : 36 mL (3 Tablespoon)
METHOD OF PREPARATION - Vanilla Cake Mix
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. Mix White Forest Cake Mix, Egg, Vegetable Oil & Water in a bowl until well blended.
3. Pour batter to the half portion of a oiled or greased pan.
4. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
WHIPPING CREAM POWDER is a whipped topping powder used for the preparation of topping & decorating creams of good stability, excellent texture and unique flavour.
RECIPE
Chilled water (<8⁰C) - 125 – 150 g
Whipping cream powder - 100g
Color and flavor can be added according to customer requirement.
METHOD
1. Take water/milk in a bowl.
2. Add Whipping Cream Powder.
3. Whip on high speed with an electric hand mixer for 4 minutes/until fluffy cream is
obtained.
STORAGE
Store in a cool and dry place in hygienic conditions away from moisture and direct sunlight.
SHELF LIFE
Best before 12 Months from the production date under suggested storage condition. Close the
bag properly airtight once opened.
