Custard powder suitable for the preparation of fillings and desserts. It is a convenient solution for preparing custards and puddings.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Weight 25 g (2tbsp) of Crust n Crumb Custard powder in to a bowl and make a smooth paste by adding ¼ th cup of milk.
2. Boil the remaining milk with 50 g (4tbsp) of sugar.
3. Mix the custard paste slowly to the boiled milk and cook for 2-3 minutes . Stir continuously to avoid burning. Allow to cool and enjoy the scrumptious custard.
RECIPE : MOULDED PUDDING
Crust n Crumb Custard powder - 40 g
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 50 g
1. Weight 40 g (3tbsp) of Crust n Crumb Custard powder in to a bowl and make a smooth paste by adding ½ cup of milk.
2. Boil the remaining milk with 50 g (4tbsp) of sugar.
3. Mix the custard paste slowly to the boiled milk and cook for 2-3 minutes . Stir continuously to avoid burning.
4. Remove the cooked pan from the flame ,add one table spoon of butter and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture in to the wet mould and leave to set.
STORAGE
Store in a cool and dry place in hygienic conditions away from moisture and direct sunlight.
SHELF LIFE
Best before 12 Months from the production date under suggested storage condition. Close the bag properly airtight once opened.
