Chaat Masala is a spice mix used as seasoning in Fruit chaat, Vegetable Salad, Tikkas, Roasted nuts etc. which imparts a tangy spicy punch to the dish.
APPLICATION
Suggested recipe for Aloo Chaat
1) Boil, dice and shallow fry two large sized potatoes in oil till golden brown and transfer to a bowl
2) Add one large chopped onion, two chopped green chilies, one tbsp. coriander leaves, one tbsp. mint leaves, one tsp. lemon juice, one tbsp. green coriander chutney, salt to taste and toss.
3) Sprinkle 1 tbsp. Crust N Crumb Chaat Masala and toss again. Serve immediately
STORAGE
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Close the bag / container properly air tight once opened.

Best before 12 Months from the production date under suggested storage condition.
