RECIPE

1. Instant Crispy Chicken Mix: 200g
2. Chicken Pieces : 1000g
3. Egg: 2 Nos

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take chicken in a mixing bowl.
2. Take beaten egg in another bowl.
3. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg.
4. Coat it with chicken mix.
5. Fry in hot oil till obtaining a golden brown crust.
6. Drain excess oil.

Tips

1. Set deep fryer temperature at 160- 170ᵒC.
2. Use palm or sunflower oil for better taste.

* Don’t add water or egg to the mix
