Ingredients

Milk solids, Starch, Leavening agent (INS500(ii)), Baking Powder, Iodized salt, Stabilizer (INS415), Flavor (Vanilla).


Application Recipe
Egg Free Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix Concentrate Special 1000gm
Sugar 3600gm
Wheat flour 3900gm
Water 4000gm
Vegetable oil 400gm
Crustogel (Cake gel) 100gm
Method of Preparation

1. Place sugar & water in a mixing bowl. Mix with a whisk attachment on medium speed
until sugar dissolves.
2. Add Egg Free Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix Concentrate Special, wheat flour and cake gel
into the mixing bowl.
3. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the batter and mix again on high speed
for 3 minutes.
4. Scrape down the batter and add vegetable oil while mixing on slow speed for 1 minute.
5. Scale as required in to greased pans. Bake at 165° to 170°C for 35 to 40 minutes/until
baked well.
