Egg-Free Chocolate Cake Premix
Crustoforest B1000 is a standard quality ready mix specially formulated for the preparation of egg-free chocolate sponge cakes. It is ideal for creating Black Forest pastries, layered desserts, and other chocolate-based confectioneries.

Sugar, Wheat flour, Milk solids, Cocoa solids (3.3%), Edible vegetable oil, Raising agents (INS500(ii), INS341(ii)), Emulsifiers (INS475, INS471, INS433), Stabilizers (INS415), Baking powder, Iodized salt, Anti-caking agents(INS551), Colour (INS150d,INS129), Flavours.

1. Place water and Crustoforest B1000 in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with Pedal attachment on low speed for 1minute
3. Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing and mix on high speed
(Speed 3) for 5 minutes.
4. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1minute/ until the oil folds well.
5. Scale as required into greased pans.
6. Bake at 1600 C for 35 to 40minutes/ until baked well.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Close the bag / container properly air tight once opened.
Best before 6 Months from the production date under suggested storage condition
