Wheat flour, Starch, Milk solids, Raising agents (INS500(ii), INS341(i)), Baking powder,Stabilizers (INS466, INS415), Iodized salt, Flavour.


Application Recipe
Crustophee SFI EF Plus 1000gm
Sugar 3000gm
Cake flour 3200gm
Water 3500gm
Vegetable oil 400gm
Crustogel (Cake gel) 150 to 200gm
Method of Preparation

1. Place sugar and water in the mixer. Mix with a whisk attachment on medium speed
until sugar dissolves.
2. Add Cake gel and mix again on high speed for 2 minutes.
3. Dry blend Crustophee SFI EF Plus and flour then transfer to the blender.
4. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, Scrape down the batter and mix again on high speed for
3 minutes.
5. Scrape down the batter, add oil and mix again on low speed for 1 minute/ until the oil
folds well. Scale as required into greased pans.
6. Bake at 165 to 1700 C for 35 to 40minutes/ until baked well

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Close the bag / container properly air tight once opened.
