Crustophee SFI EF Plus is a high-quality egg-free cake mix concentrate designed for the preparation of light and soft sponge cakes without the use of eggs. 1. Place sugar and water in the mixer. Mix with a whisk attachment on medium speed
until sugar dissolves.
2. Add Cake gel and mix again on high speed for 2 minutes.
3. Dry blend Crustophee SFI EF Plus and flour then transfer to the blender.
4. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, Scrape down the batter and mix again on high speed for
3 minutes.
5. Scrape down the batter, add oil and mix again on low speed for 1 minute/ until the oil
folds well. Scale as required into greased pans.
6. Bake at 165 to 1700 C for 35 to 40minutes/ until baked well

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Close the bag / container properly air tight once opened.
Best before 6 Months from the production date under suggested storage condition.
