Ingredients

Sugar, Wheat Flour, Starch, Milk Solids, Cocoa Solids (2.6%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm),Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers & Stabilizers (INS477, INS415, INS471), Colours (INS150c, INS150d,INS129), Raising Agents (INS500(ii), INS341(i), INS341(ii)), Dextrose,Baking Powder, Iodized Salt,Nature Identical and Artificial Flavouring Substances (Chocolate & Vanilla)

Application Recipe
Crustoforest B1000FC 1000gm
Water 520gm
Vegetable oil 50gm
Method of Preparation

1. Place water and Crustoforest B1000FC in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with a pedal attachment (flat blade) at slow speed for 1-2 minutes
3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
4. Mix again at medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add Vegetable oil and mix at slow speed for 1-2 minutes or until the oil folds well.
6. Scale as required into greased pan.
7. Bake at 160 – 165°c for 35 -40 minutes.
