INSTANT CRISPY CHICKEN MIX  is seasoned mix for making tasty and crispy Fried chicken. It is very convenient and can make fried chicken within 9 minutes

RECIPE

1. Instant Crispy Chicken Mix : 200g
2. Chicken Pieces : 1000g
3. Egg :2 Nos

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take chicken in a mixing bowl.
2. Take beaten egg in another bowl.
3. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg.
4. Coat it with chicken mix.
5. Fry in hot oil till obtaining golden brown crust.
6. Drain excess oil.

Tips

1. Set deep fryer temperature at 160- 170ᵒC.
2. Use palm or sunflower oil for better taste.
