Description

Marination Mix For Barbecue Chicken (Crustomix Barbecue) is a marination mix for the preparation of tasty, juicy and spicy Alfaham/Barbecue chicken.

RECIPE

1.Chicken (cut in to desired size and shape) -1kg
2. Crustomix Barbecue -50g
3. Curd -1. 1/2 table spoon (22.5ml)
4. Vegetable Oil -1. 1/2 table spoon (22.5ml)
5. Cold Water -1. 1/2 table spoon (22.5ml)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix(marinate) the chicken well. Keep it in a refrigerator for minimum 3 hrs. Cook both sides of chicken in a barbecue grill till it cooked well.
