Plum Cake Mix is a premix for the preparation of egg based Plum Cakes at home.
Crust n Crumb Plum Cake Mix : 1 Pack
Egg : 2 nos
Dry Fruit Blend : 100g
Vegetable oil : 70g (5 Tablespoon)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Lightly grease (oil) the pan.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl with a spoon. 3. Add Plum Cake Mix & mix until well blended.
4. Add Dry Fruit Blend and mix until well blended.
5. Add oil & mix slowly until well blended.
6. Pour batter to half portion of the pan.
7. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
8. Remove cake from the pan. 9. Cool the cake.Your yummy Plum Cake is ready to be served.
