Jackfruit Cake Mix is a premix for preparing egg based Jackfruit flavored cakes at home.

APPLICATION RECIPE – Jackfruit Cake Mix

Crust n Crumb Jackfruit Cake Mix : 1 Pack (250g)
Egg : 3 nos (150g)
Water : 12 mL (3/4 Tablespoon)
Vegetable oil : 50 mL (3 3/4 Tablespoon)

METHOD OF PREPARATION – Jackfruit Cake Mix

1. Preheat oven to 170 °C and lightly grease the pan.
2. Mix Jackfruit Cake Mix, Egg & Water in a bowl until well blended.
3. Add Vegetable Oil & mix on slow speed for 1 minutes/until the oil folds well.
4. Pour batter to the half portion of a oiled or greased pan. 5. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
