Black Forest Cake Mix Egg Free – 1 KG (Crustoforest B1000)

Description

Black Forest Cake Mix Egg Free (Crustoforest B1000) is a standard quality premix for the preparation of egg free chocolate cakes. It is suitable for black forest pastries.
The product is standardized with superior quality in terms of volume, strength, texture, color and taste in final product.

APPLICATION RECIPE

Crustoforest B1000 : 1000gm
Water : 520gm
Vegetable oil : 50gm

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Place water and Crustoforest B1000 in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with Pedal attachment on low speed for 1minute
3. Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing and mix on high speed (Speed 3) for 5 minutes.
4. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1minute/ until the oil folds well.
5. Scale as required into greased pans.
6. Bake at 1600 C for 35 to 40minutes/ until baked well.
