Crustoffin RM CC PLUS 1000gm
Wheat flour 3000gm
1. Mix water and egg on high speed for 5minutes using a pedal.
2. Add sugar and dissolve by mixing on medium speed for 3minutes.
3. Blend wheat flour and Crustoffin RM CC Plus together and add to the mixing bowl. Mix on low speed for 1minute.
4. Scrape down the batter and mix again on medium speed for 3 - 4 minutes.
5. Scrape down the batter and add oil and nuts. Mix again on low speed for 1 minute or until the oil and nuts fold well.
6. Scale as required in to cups / moulds. Decorate (sprinkle) the top with raisins and tutty fruity.
7. Bake at 185 - 1900 C for 20-25 minutes / until bake well
