CRUSTOZAN DONUT(Y) 1000 g
Water 450 g
Instant Yeast (Dry) 30-35 g
Fat/ Vegetable Oil 100 g
1. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl.
2. Knead all together for 2 minutes at slow speed and then 7-8 minutes at medium speed.
3. Rest the dough for 5-8 minutes.
4. Cut the dough with doughnut cutter.
5. Allow the dough to proof for 50-60 minutes.
6. Fry as specified.
Frying Temperature : 175-185oC, Frying Time : Till turn to golden brown.
