CRUSTOPHEE SPONGEE (SF) is premix for the preparation of sugar-Free Sponge Cake with low calorie and low glycemic index.
Crustophee Spongee SF 1000 g
Egg 500 g
Water 300 g
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down. Then mix at high speed for 4 – 5 minutes.
3. Scale as required in to a greased pan.
4. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 185°C, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
(Baking time may vary based on oven type and scaling size).
