Sugar 3000 g
Cake Flour 3200 g
Water 3500 g
Vegetable Oil 400 g
Crustogel (Cake Gel) 150
1. Place sugar and water in the mixer. Mix with a whisk attachment on medium speed until sugar dissolves.
2. Add cake gel and mix again on high speed for 2 minutes.
3. Dry blend Crustophee SFI EF PLUS & wheat flour then transfer to the blender.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute, scrape down the batter and mix again on high speed for 3 Minutes.
4. Scrape down the batter, add oil and mix again on low speed for 1minute or until the oil folds well.
Baking Temperature : 165-170oC, Baking Time : 35-35 minutes / until baked well.
